After years of traveling to Europe from London for a wholesome cup
of coffee we started our research journey on what makes a great cup
of coffee. On our return to Australia and the purchase of our first
coffee shop, our research extended to trials and tests on different
blends from all over the world and various suppliers where we
created a blend that started the success of our brand. But our
vision went well beyond that and our dream of roasting our own
coffee for use throughout our stores became a reality with the
purchase of a roasting machine. After employing a qualified Master
