Crema Espresso was honoured to receive the 2017 Gold Coast Business Award for Retail, Wholesale and Distribution at Saturday’s prestigious Gala Awards Dinner.
The category, which Crema won the September monthly award, recognises businesses who demonstrate a focus on customer demands and provide a seamless customer experience. Another key quality within the category is the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving industry sector.
Managing Director Antony Forbutt accepted the award on the night and is proud of his team and their efforts.
“It is truly an amazing result and great recognition of what a small, dedicated and focussed team can achieve.”
He also wanted to acknowledge the importance of being recognised within the Gold Coast business community.
“Our roots are here on the Gold Coast. We started with one store and with the support of customers and franchisees we have been able to expand out to other regions. This award is a vote of confidence in Crema Espresso and what we stand for, excellent customer service.”
The brand now reflects this in its tagline “…where coffee is the souvenir of the experience” something that Mr Forbutt believes sets Crema apart from competitors.
“Cafes and coffee are not a new concept, so customers have a wide range to choose from. We want to set ourselves apart by offering not just premium coffee and food selections but an incredible experience each and every time a customer visits one of our stores.”
Crema Espresso currently has 18 stores located throughout South East Queensland.
